Zesty Carrot Strips

8 carrots cut into thin strips
2 T grated onion
2 T horseradish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/3 cup buttered bread crumbs
dash of paprika 

Steam carrots in salted water until tender (does not take long) and place in baking dish in single layer. Mix together remaining ingredients and spread over the carrots, bake 15 minutes at 375.
